01 · What is offered
The sale concerns the domain name rozana.be and the transfer of its holder’s rights. A company, registered trademark, customer base, social accounts, the logo or this website are not automatically included. Any additional item must be expressly agreed in writing. Acquiring the domain does not, by itself, confer trademark rights.

02 · A first conversation

03 · A clear agreement
Before the transfer, both parties agree in writing on the price, any fees, the payment method, the exact scope and the transfer process. If an independent secure payment service is desired, its use and conditions are agreed between the parties.

04 · Transferring the domain
The change of holder and transfer are arranged under the applicable procedures of DNS Belgium and the chosen registrar. The steps, access requirements and timetable are established when the agreement is made. Hosting, email and the future website can then be organised to suit your needs.
